After sales service system
1. Equipment training includes software and hardware training, system principles, and equipment maintenance. Through training, at least two operators can master the following skills:
1) Ability to independently operate and maintain equipment systems.
2) Users can learn the installation and maintenance methods of the equipment used in this system through training.
3) Understand the architecture and principles of the system, and master the operation mode of the system proficiently.
4) Master the skills of diagnosing, locating, and troubleshooting various equipment faults in the system.
5) Proficient in operating the computer human-machine interface provided by the system.
2. Ensure that the products sold are original products, not counterfeit or three no products.
We guarantee free maintenance for any quality issues with the products sold within 12 months.
Strictly comply with relevant national security regulations during transportation, handling, installation, commissioning, and training (including construction).
The response time for after-sales service is 0.5 hours, and the time for maintenance personnel to arrive on site is 48 hours. Troubleshooting within 3 working days.（Only applicable within China. For foreign clients, it shall be determined through mutual consultation between both parties.）
3. Warranty period: From the date of self acceptance and delivery for use, the entire equipment is covered by a one-year warranty, while critical components, control systems, and software are covered by a two-year warranty. During the warranty period, free parts and timely and effective technical services will be provided. After the one-year warranty period, lifelong maintenance will be carried out, and only cost fees will be charged for repairs.
