Introduction to Military autoclave:

Military hot press tank is a large-scale high-temperature and high-pressure equipment with high technical content and strict manufacturing standards. It is designed to meet the stringent process requirements for high-performance composite material products in fields such as aerospace and defense technology. By providing accurately controlled high temperature, high pressure, and vacuum environments, it can achieve curing, co bonding, and co curing of composite material blanks in molds.

Its core features are parameters (working temperature can reach 260-480 ° C, pressure 1.5-5Mpa), good temperature field, pressure field uniformity, high level of automation control, and safety reliability. The military hot press tank is an indispensable core equipment for producing key composite components in national defense equipment, which directly affects the quality and performance of products.

Main application areas:

1. Aerospace: Used for manufacturing composite material components such as fuselage, wings, radar covers, fairings, etc. for fighter jets, helicopters, drones, and missiles.

2. National defense equipment: Production of structural components for light armored vehicles, rocket engine casings, satellite structural components, composite material components for ships, etc.

3. In the civilian field, it is also widely used in large passenger aircraft (such as C919), high orbit satellites, F1 racing cars, sports equipment and other fields that require strict weight and strength requirements.

Composition of autoclave system:

1. Tank body: A high-pressure and high-temperature resistant tank body is formed by the tank body, tank door mechanism, high-temperature motor, air duct, insulation layer, etc;

2. Door opening method: 1) Manual quick opening (manual rotation, manual pulling) 2) Hydraulic door opening (hydraulic rotation, hydraulic opening);

3. Sealing device: The tank door adopts a silicone inflatable seal, which can withstand high temperatures of 400 ° C;

4. Safety system: including tank door interlocking device, tank top safety valve, and over temperature and over pressure alarm system;

5. Pressure system: The pressure transmission and control system consists of an air compressor, an air storage tank, a pressure control valve, pipelines, pressure transmitters, and pressure gauges;

6. Heating system: composed of stainless steel electric heating tubes, high-temperature fans, air duct plates, insulation layers, and temperature control systems. The heating power meets the high temperature requirements and heating rate requirements of the chamber;

7. Cooling system: stainless steel cooling pipes, water tanks, water pumps, cooling towers, pipelines, valves, set up for product and tank cooling;

8. Temperature cycling system: composed of a circulating fan, air guide plate, and guide cover, it accelerates heat transfer and circulation, forming a uniform temperature field;

9. Vacuum system: composed of vacuum pump, vacuum tank, pipeline, vacuum gauge, and vacuum valve, providing vacuum conditions for encapsulated composite prefabricated parts;

10. Automatic control system: including a complete set of electrical cabinets, using Siemens PLC, computer fully automatic control system, realizing full process control and real-time recording of process parameters such as pressure, temperature, cooling, etc.
