Wood impregnation autoclave
Wood impregnation autoclave is a process of impregnating wood into a container containing preservatives at room temperature and pressure. Through molecular diffusion principles and pressurization methods, the drug diffuses from high to low concentrations into the deep layers of the wood. Optimization is carried out to address the issues of wood being prone to decay, deformation, and cracking. The vacuum pressure treatment process can adjust the hardness, density, bending strength, and anti-corrosion and anti cracking properties of wood, while retaining its natural advantages such as insulation, heat insulation, temperature and humidity control. This improves the performance and extends the service life of wood.
Technological process:
Liquid preparation: Prepare the liquid and inject it into the storage tank. The liquid in the storage tank can be increased or decreased as needed.
Feeding: First, place the wood to be processed into the trolley, and then the trolley enters the wood impregnation tank through the track and closes the tank door.
Vacuum operation: After the tank door is closed, open the vacuum valve and close all other valves to start the vacuum operation and maintain the vacuum.
Liquid inlet: After vacuum operation, negative pressure is used to inlet the impregnation solution into the wood impregnation tank.
Pressure: Apply pressure according to different materials and standards. Fully immerse the medicinal solution into the wood. Choose different pressurization times based on the type of wood.
Drain: Drain the impregnation solution and let it enter the impregnation solution storage tank.
Vacuuming: Remove residual impregnating solution from the wood.
Discharge: Release the pressure before discharging, and then open the door of the wood impregnation tank to discharge.
