Wood carbonization autoclave mainly adopts vacuum anaerobic carbonization, which uses hot air for baking in a vacuum state. The moisture content inside the wood decreases, and the moisture content decreases. After deep carbonization, the internal structure and organization of the wood change. During the carbonization process, the vast majority of bacteria and all insects inside the wood are killed in the high-temperature air. At the same time, the wood in a high-temperature state can make the surviving bacteria unable to survive, and there will be no deformation, bending, or cracking in the subsequent process. At the same time, the surface of the wood after carbonization becomes black and shiny, improving the appearance of the wood and increasing its market value. After carbonization, the wood is mainly used in wood flooring, furniture manufacturing, and other fields.

Technological process:

Vacuum heating and drying stage → vacuum pressure boosting carbonization stage → pressure relief and cooling stage.

1. Di1 stage: Temperature rise and high-temperature drying stage, using steam heating, the temperature of the drying kiln rapidly rises to around 100 ℃, and then gradually rises to 130 ℃. During this period, high-temperature drying is carried out, and the moisture content inside the wood is almost reduced to 0;

2. Stage 2: Heat treatment carbonization stage. High temperature drying is carried out, and the temperature inside the drying kiln rises to between 185 ℃ and 215 ℃. After reaching the required temperature, maintain the heat treatment carbonization temperature for 2 to 3 hours according to the different uses of the final carbonized wood;

3. Stage 3: Cooling and moisture content adjustment stage. The final stage is to lower the temperature through steam spraying. When the temperature drops to 80 ℃ to 90 ℃, adjust the humidity of the treated wood.
