The working principle of Wood flame retardant autoclave is as follows:
1. Vacuum treatment, using a water circulation vacuum pump to evacuate the entire tank, with a designed vacuum degree of -0.098MPa. The vacuum degree is controlled by a vacuum gauge, negative pressure sensor, etc
2. Liquid inlet treatment, under vacuum state, open the inlet valve to achieve immersion of the medicine in the water tank into the tank
3. Pressure treatment: After the immersion of the solution is completed, turn on the pressure pump and apply pressure treatment. The pressure can reach 1.2mpa
4. After pressure relief treatment and pressure maintenance, open the valve to release the pressure
5. After vacuum treatment, the vacuum pump is restarted to extract the surface solution of the wood to prevent waste of the solution
